Abstract
Abstracts are expected to be submitted whitout special formatting with titles, authors, affiliations and main text.
Length of the main text shouldn't exceed 400 words, references and funding credits included.
Proceedings
Submitting a proceedings article is optional. Please prepare the articles for the conference proceedings using the proceeding template in English or Hungarian (please translate the Title to Hungarian).
References should be of Harvard Author-Year style (Elsevier - Harvard 2 accessible at https://www.zotero.org/styles).
Font: cambria.
Length: 4-6 pages.
Final deadline for the submission of the conference article is 25th November 2025.

Poster are of portrait format, A0 (841 × 1189 mm) maximum. Participants are responsible for printing their own posters.
