Formatting guide

Abstract

Abstracts are expected to be submitted whitout special formatting with titles, authors, affiliations and main text.

Length of the main text shouldn't exceed 400 words, references and funding credits included.

Proceedings

Please prepare the articles for the conference proceedings using the proceeding template in English or Hungarian (please translate the Title to Hungarian).

References should be of Harvard Author-Year style (Elsevier - Harvard with titles accessible at https://www.zotero.org/styles).

Font: cambria.

Length: 4-6 pages.

Article submission:

• MATE employees and students: please upload the articles for the conference article to the e-learning  course MATE-LOV-2023 (https://elearning.uni-mate.hu/course/view.php?id=28180).
• Otherwise, please send the article via email to Dr. Marietta Fodor: Fodor.Marietta@uni-mate.hu.

Final deadline for the submission of the conference article is 15^th November 2023.

Poster are of portrait format, the size shouldn't exceed 80 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
